Shipping Information

All purchases of lawn mowers, power equipment, accessories, and parts over $100 include Free Shipping to the lower 48 states. (A nominal freight charge may apply to certain destinations.) Currently we do not ship equipment to areas outside the continental US.

Shipping charges only apply to parts and accessory orders under $100.00. Parts and accessories are shipped worldwide. Please call for international rates. Our domestic shipping rates are as follows:

Lift Gate Service

We also offer lift gate service for lawn mowers and other heavy equipment. This service lowers your package from the delivery vehicle safely to the ground.

This is recommended for residential deliveries or commercial deliveries where there is no loading dock or fork lift available. There is a $50.00 charge for lift gate service.

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

All returned items must have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain this number by emailing our customer service department at support@myenginemasters.com. We will also give you shipping instructions based on the product you are returning. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise authorized by our customer service department.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. For returned products that initially included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

Refund credits will be returned back to the credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase. Any shipping and handling charges associated with your original order will not be refunded. We will issue a refund within 10 days of receiving your product meeting the following requirements.

Items must be in new, unused condition (Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations.)
?Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
?Items must be marked with a valid RMA number
?Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt

In the event that any of these requirements are not met, the item will be shipped back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return
