All returns must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

All returned items must have a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. If the website used to purchase your item does not offer a return option with RMA slip, you can obtain this number by emailing our customer service department at We will also give you shipping instructions based on the products you are returning. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise authorized by our customer service department. Any return shipping labels provided by us will have the charges deducted from your refund.

Refund credits will be returned back to the credit or debit card that was used for the original purchase. We will issue a refund within 10 days of receiving your product meeting the following requirements.
 Requirements for Refund

• Items must be in new, unused condition

• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (Hard plastic or “clamshell” packaging cannot be torn, cut, or damaged in any way.)

• Items must be marked with a valid RMA number

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt

In the event that any of these requirements are not met, the items will be shipped back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse any return.
